1. Digital Service

VIP membership is a digital service. Access starts after payment is confirmed, and benefits remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the VIP page when cancellation controls are available, or by contacting support@FreeNovel.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your active VIP benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered when:
